Been gone for a while(feels like forever) well I blame it on schoolwork. It’s my last semester so I wouldn’t want to mess anything up. Today’s
post is about Hair, to be specific Afro Hair.

I loove Afro hair and I’m always intrigued when I see these two friends of mine rocking their natural kinky Afros. As a lady i normally get tired of
all the pulling and heat in the Salons. Solution is you can have an Afro and actually maintain it on your own.

How?… I asked this close friend
of mine Faith (… she maintains
her natural Afro by herself) how she does it. So she washes her hair with Alberto Hair shampoo and Conditioner (found in most supermarkets). Then she oils it with either one of the following:
Shea butter
Black castor oil (Mango and Papaya)
Almond oil which she lets dry before styling with TaliahWaajid curling cream and alternates styling it with eco styler gel. (I will try to get more photos of her in the afro but styled differently then post them :-*)

The last pics are of Emeka (a friend as
well) and his is pretty easy cause it’s just getting the cut on the side and keeping it at that level, comb it and you are good to go.

Thanks for dropping by.
